1. Data Controller

Plantech Europe Kft. acts as the data controller for the personal data of natural persons including clients, contractors, and external advisors.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process personal data for contract performance and communication, compliance with legal obligations, maintaining business relations, and protecting legitimate interests.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f).

3. Categories of Personal Data

Identification data, contact details, and contractual/financial data relevant to business activities.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

Authorized employees and trusted service providers (accounting, legal, IT).
Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the term of the contract and for statutory retention periods (typically 5–10 years after termination).

6. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and portability, and may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian NAIH.
